Body image isn't what you see in the mirror. It's the internal picture you carry of your body. Formed in your earliest years, by comments you may have long forgotten, by images and expectations that society handed you along the way.
In this call we look at the four layers of body image: what you believe about your body, what you feel because of it, how you perceive it, and what you do or avoid as a result. Because body image isn't reality. It's a perception. And perceptions can change.
