The summer solstice is one of the oldest moments humans have ever celebrated. Long before there were calendars, we oriented ourselves by the sun, the light, the rhythm of the earth. People gathered, honored the light, welcomed the summer. And felt that quiet shift: something is turning. This peak of the year, the longest day, the most light, and at the same time the turning point where the days begin to shorten again and nature quietly starts to shift.

What I find so beautiful is that we actually know this rhythm. It lives in us, even when we mostly just race right past it.

Nature turns, without drama, without announcement. The light begins, ever so slowly, to pull back. Barely noticeable yet, and still it’s there. That turning point. And maybe that’s exactly the invitation for us: to pause for a moment and look.

So on June 20th I’m inviting you to pause together. Not because something is wrong, but because this moment in the year wants to show us something, if we take a moment to look. What did this first half of the year bring you? What surprised you, moved you, maybe challenged you? What is ready to be released? And what do you want to invite in for what’s coming, for this journey inward that is just beginning?

I’ll ask questions, you notice what comes up, and we look at it together. Just you, exactly as you are right now, in this moment between what was and what wants to come.
