I have spent over two decades helping people stop fighting themselves their bodies, their lives, their potential. I founded Enterra™, work with people and animals worldwide, and still approach every session like there's something new to discover. Because there always is. I was told from a young age that I have healing hands. I did not know what to do with that for a long time.

Born in Germany, I came to the United States in 1989 to study photography; drawn to beauty, light, and the art of seeing. But life had other plans. I found my way to animals instead, building a thriving dog walking business in Santa Barbara that taught me more about communication, trust, and presence than any classroom ever had.

That chapter led me deeper into an intensive two-decade journey through the world of consciousness, bodywork, and teaching, where I honed my gift for working with people, seeing what others miss, and asking the questions that actually change things. It was also where the seeds of Enterra™ were planted.

Since 2014 I have made New Mexico my home, living on 90 acres in the high desert with my two Friesian horses and two dogs, actively rewilding this land, returning it to fertility, and making it a sanctuary for me and the wild things.

Today I work with clients in person and remotely across the world, in English and German. I am endlessly curious about energy, consciousness, and the places where science and mystery meet. My online Enterra sessions continue to show me more and more about the mysteries of bodies and life in general.

I would like to think that working with me feels like having coffee with a wise friend who sees you clearly, challenges you gently, and never lets you take yourself too seriously.
